BIM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Champion our “Safety First” culture by embedding it in all aspects of project coordination.
• Lead regular 3D coordination review meetings, using models to identify discrepancies and foster clear communication between disciplines.
• Maintain a strong understanding of all relevant MEP systems to ensure coordinated, compliant, and practical design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to understand installation practices and use these insights to refine models and improve coordination outcomes.
• Support skill development across the team, offering guidance on software, MEP systems, and best practices to elevate overall performance.
• Translate engineer and designer inputs calculations, sketches, and concepts into precise, coordinated models that reflect HGCE’s innovative solutions.
• Generate high-quality drawings from 3D models for use across design, installation, and manufacturing phases

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in MEP BIM coordination (UK-based projects)
• Proven experience in CAD/BIM and 3D coordination of MEP services.
• Proficiency in Revit, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred, but not required.
