HG were appointed to carry out the mechanical and electrical detailed designs for this conversion scheme. The former office building was transformed into 108 bed student accommodation building. The scheme utilized the Leeds District Heat Network to provide heating and hot water throughout the development. The designs also included a full new installation of all mechanical and electrical systems linking the 4 blocks via a central plantroom.
