HG were appointed to carry out the full mechanical and electrical designs and energy assessment for this new Build to Rent scheme in Newcastle.
The building consists of 3 blocks totaling 519 apartments. HG have provided full design services throughout detailed design and construction phases.
The design includes the use of Heat Interface units within each apartment services from central Air Source Heat Pumps and energy efficient LED lighting throughout.
