HG were appointed to carry out the full Mechanical and Electrical designs from concept to completion on this conversion scheme in Harrogate.

The existing building was repurposed from office space to residential apartments. HG carried out initial assessments of the energy requirements to aid with planning, building control and client requirements. HG were retained by the Contractor to provide full design and support throughout the construction phase.
