HG were appointed to carry out the full mechanical and electrical designs and energy assessment for this new build student accommodation building in Leeds.
When complete in 2026 this will become Yorkshires Tallest Buildings and will be the tallest in Purpose Built Student Accommodation building in the UK providing accommodation for 705 students.
As well as accommodation the building provides a variety of Amenity spaces for the students including study areas, a gym, private dining and lounges.
