HG provided the mechanical and electrical building services designs for the new Amenity spaces within this existing student accommodation building. The scheme involved the redevelopment of existing spaces to create additional facilities for students including a cinema room, study areas, gaming lounge and private dining.

HG carried out surveys to understand the existing building to allow key strategic design decisions to be made. The designs were developed to ensure full co-ordination with architectural and interior design requirements.
