HG were appointed to provide mechanical and electrical designs for the development of a new entrance and amenity space within this existing student accommodation building. The designs included the review of the existing building to allow the new facilities to be integrated taking into consideration the limitations of the existing building services systems.
The project included providing information for a Gateway 2 application as well as providing detailed design information.
