HG were appointed to carry out the mechanical and electrical design for this new build student accommodation building which once complete will provide 432 beds of accommodation.
The design was developed for submission to Gateway 2 under the Building Safety Regulator with HG providing all Mechanical and Electrical information in relation to the scheme.
HG have developed the designs and energy strategy to meet the requirements of the GLA ensuring a highly efficient scheme. The services strategies include mechanical ventilation heat recovery, efficient LED lighting and Air Source Heat Pumps.
