HG provided client side mechanical and electrical design and specification for the redevelopment of the Copthall Bridge building in Harrogate.

The vacant building was brought back to life to provide high quality office space over a number of floors. The design was developed to align with the client and interior designers aspirations ensuring building services designs allowed for the correct environmental conditions through new ventilation and air conditioning systems as well as providing flexibility to meet future tenant requirements.

The building involved the installation of a new PV array and energy efficient systems to allow an EPC A-rating to be achieved.
