HG were appointed to carry out the mechanical and electrical design for this new build co-living scheme. The building will rise 46 stories and add to the Docklands skyline.
The design was developed for submission to Gateway 2 under the Building Safety Regulator with HG providing all Mechanical and Electrical information in relation to the scheme.
Each apartment is to be provided with both heating and cooling through the use of an Ambient Loop system served from roof mounted Chillers and Heat Pumps. The building also includes energy efficient LED lighting throughout, MVHR systems throughout and rainwater harvesting.
